Terms of use

These terms clarify how courses are surfaced, how access is granted, and which boundaries remain explicit at launch.

1. Access scope

Course access follows the offer that was successfully purchased. A public course page may present self-paced access, one or more live cohorts, or both, but each offer remains a distinct product for entitlement purposes.

2. Access window and payments

The default access window is one year from successful payment and entitlement creation. Refunds and disputes do not automatically revoke access while a manual review is pending.

3. Content boundaries

Some published lessons may remain public previews. Owning a self-paced offer does not automatically grant access to cohort recordings, and owning a live cohort does not automatically unlock the self-paced library unless that offer was also purchased.
